Introduction
Services
Visual Dept provides AI-powered product photography and visual content services for e-commerce brands. Our services include but are not limited to:
Product photography (lifestyle scenes, studio shots, flat lays)
Social media templates
Brand style guides
Shopify-ready and ad-ready file delivery
All services are delivered digitally. We do not provide physical prints or in-person photography sessions.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payments through the methods listed on our website at the time of purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (product images, brand references, mood boards) is accurate and that you have the right to use any materials submitted.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Delivery & Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates and begin once we receive your assets and confirm your order:
Visual Test Drive ($149): 48–72 hours
Visual Starter Pack ($497): 5 business days
Enterprise ($1,499): 5–7 business days
We will make reasonable efforts to meet these timelines, but delays may occur due to incomplete assets, revision requests, or high volume. We will notify you of any expected delays.
Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as described on our pricing page. A "revision round" means a single set of feedback submitted together. Revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional charges, which we will communicate before proceeding.
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the initial delivery. After 14 days, the project is considered complete.
What You Cannot Do
You may not:
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services or deliverables as a standalone product (e.g., selling the images as stock photography)
Use our deliverables in any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading manner
Claim that AI-generated visuals were produced by traditional photography methods if required to disclose by applicable law or platform policies
Remove or alter any metadata we include in delivered files
You may use our deliverables for your own brand's marketing, advertising, e-commerce listings, social media, and any legitimate business purpose.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered visuals for your brand's commercial purposes. Visual Dept retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
You retain all rights to any materials you provide to us (product photos, logos, brand assets). By submitting materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your order.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables after all included revision rounds, we will offer a full refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of final delivery.
Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after work has started will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and a partial refund may be offered based on work completed.
Security & Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and handled in compliance with industry-standard security practices.
Data Collection
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email address, brand name, and any assets you upload. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Dept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for any loss of revenue, sales, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of California.
